How to remove the tasklist data that are marked for deletion completely from the system?  

Please use transaction code IA25

IA25 - Deletion of Task Lists without Archiving

Deletion of Task Lists

Click YES.

Delete Task Lists Completely

Press Continue button.

Deletion of Task Lists Message Logs

After this log go to back.

And see in the task list.
